“DINNERS TO GO” – Thursday, October 30th, 2008

While we have typically performed just one "Dinners To Go" fundraiser each school year, we will be conducting two this year as it has proven to be an excellent fundraiser.  We will need everyone's help to make this project work!  Both parents and students are encouraged to volunteer their time.  We will need assistance on:

                              * October 28th – Tuesday afternoon and evening

                              * October 29th – Wednesday afternoon

                               * October 30th – Thursday afternoon and during distribution of the meals

Band students will receive their tickets for sale the first week in October.  There are a limited number of tickets so the students need to return the stubs for dinners sold to the band room as soon as possible.  All tickets, whether sold or unsold, must be returned by Thursday, October 23rd.  Any tickets that are presented for a dinner must be prepaid or the student responsible for that ticket will be charged.  This makes it very important that your student keep track of the tickets they are issued.
